BECOME A VENDOR

Vendors have the opportunity to showcase their amazing products at the SaffaFest event. We are expecting more than 500 people to attend SaffaFest this year and want to give our vendors some info on what we can offer.

​

- All vendors would be located in such a way that the public can access each vendor comfortably.

- Each vendor will be supplied with 0.6 x 2m long table, and covered by a 3m x 3m pergola.

- Each vendor can decorate their vendor according to their liking.

- Vendors will be able to enjoy full access to the whole venue and enjoy the same festivities as the public.

- Please note that there is a limited number of vendors that will be allowed to set up. So if you are interested

please contact us asap.

Vendor fees

Vendors would be charged HK$1800.

This would include entrance to the event for 1 person and to enjoy all the festivities if need be.

All food and drinks included as per the general admission ticket.

Period of Vendor, from 12:00pm to 6pm.
